Sermon: Chosen in Christ, Part 2 (Ephesians 1:4-6).
Why did God save us? What makes us more special than the unsaved person? These are questions to ponder when considering why God elects believers for salvation. We may never have considered these questions because, in some people's minds, it doesn't matter. All the matters to some Christians are the fact that they are saved. The "how" or "why" doesn't matter in the bigger picture. While this may be true, and the theology may not be judged; we still need to be able to answer questions that are prompted when we come to passages such as Ephesians 1:4-6. Here is a passage that speaks to God's election and why He chose some of us for this special gift? I would ask again, as you listen to this morning's sermon by Pastor Robb, why are some of us chosen in Christ?
